> Ink Palette
Before we begin the embellishing portion of the class let’s get a little inky with it.
First, swatching. An informative way to engage with possible ink colors and matching hues.
Lay Mixed Media paper on surface.
Punch a large circle out of cardstock.
Use circle as a template for swatching inks.
Ink blend colors on Mixed Media paper to use as a guide.

Second. Inking and cutting leaves to add to the ephemera layering pieces.
Ink background paper for a base.
Place background in stamp platform
Ink stamps and stamp background until desired coloration
Fussy cut leaves. Set aside.
>Pocketing the Pieces
Layer cut away cards and ephemera + inked leaf and tuck into a pocket.
Layer solid, pattern, frame, ticket, leaves, and additional ephemera to craft a collage frame.

Cut away a tag from the pattern paper. Gather ephemera, word sentiments, leaf cuts or die cuts and staple together to create a clustering that still allows the card to tuck in that we will call a tag cluster.
